Product designer Marie Olofsson was trained at Danmarks Designskole in Copen-hagen, receiving her degree in 2004. Her degree project involved investigating and searching for special effects with transparent coloured glass. The result was a series of coloured tealight holders, which Sagaform has now decided to produce. She currently lives in Western Sweden with her family and runs her own design agency.
