The health and safety of our staff and customers is our number one and essential concern. During this crisis we're diligently following all local, federal health and safety standards to reduce risk.  We are fully operational but request your patience as we limit the number of customer service and warehouse staff working at any given time to implement social distancing. Those of us who can work from home are doing so.
As we move swiftly through this extraordinary time, we want to say how grateful we are for our customers and exceptional staff. Thank you for your invaluable support and partnerships over the last 13 years. Sending ♡ and best wishes for the safety and health as we navigate this difficult reality.

As things evolve and government regulations come into play, please find the following operational updates below (last updated: 3/22/20):

This situation is changing rapidly and we’re taking this day-by-day. We want to provide you with the actions we’re taking now:

    • Due to the Shelter-in-Place and state-by-state closure mandates in place, any products that ship out of effected states will have extended lead times. Please reference lead times on the product page for specific details. To the best of our ability, we are updating the website to reflect this information on a per product basis. Currently, warehouses and shipping facilities in the following states are effected:  California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Illinois.

    • We are increasing our return window from 30 to 60 days, effective for orders place from 3/16/20 on. 

    • Many of our Threshold and White Glove deliveries are being changed to protect the safety of the delivery agents and clients. Please note, all clients will be emailed directly in advance of their scheduled deliveries with regards to details that pertain to specific carriers. We kindly ask that if you are not feeling well or do not wish to risk delivery at this time that you inform us of such.
