Our telephones and emails are answered Monday through Friday from 9:15 am until 7 pm and Saturdays from 10 am until 6 pm EST. While we strive to provide seamless phone and email coverage during our normal hours of business, phone support and email teams may have longer than normal response times based on increased inquiry volumes.  It is our goal to respond to voicemails and emails within 1 to 2 business days.
