COVID UPDATE

To the Burke Decor Community,

The health and well-being of our staff and clients is our number one and most essential concern. During this crisis, please know we are diligently following all local, federal health and safety standards to reduce risk and to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are fully operational but request your patience as we limit the number of customer service and warehouse staff working at any given time so as to implement social distancing. Those of us who can work from home, in offices that double as makeshift day care centers, classrooms and playgrounds ♡ are all doing so.  Our warehouse teams are operating with limited teams and we are carefully following all recommendations from our local and national authorities.

As we move swiftly through this extraordinary time, we want to say how grateful we are for our customers and exceptional staff. Thank you for your invaluable support and partnerships over the last 13 years. This support has so meaningfully enabled our employees and contractors to earn their livelihood and to provide for their families.  Our hearts are sending ♡ and best wishes for the safety and health of everyone around the world, as we all navigate this difficult reality.

Please note, this message board is to provide clients and partners updates for Burke Decor's operations as COVID-19 emerges and continues to alter our day-t0-day realities. Please know, you can continue to find us 24/7 at burkedecor.com and on our social channels to help with anything you need.

Please find the following operational updates below (last updated: 3/29/20):

Due to the Shelter-in-Place and state-by-state closure mandates in place, some products that ship out of effected states may have extended lead times. Please reference lead times on the product page for specific details.

To the best of our ability, we are updating the website to reflect this information on a per product basis. Some of the information is changing hourly and we are doing our best to make these updates as quickly as possible. Currently, certain warehouses and shipping facilities in the following states are effected: CA, NY, NJ, WA, OR, NM, LA, IL, WI, MI, WV, CT and MA.

We are increasing our return window from 30 to 60 days, effective for orders place from 3/16/20 on. Please note, we do not want our customers to have to worry about return shipping deadlines. 

Most of our returns are processed through our Ohio warehouse. For items that are not, we may experience delays in processing your returns. Please note, we will notify you of any delays should this occur. 

Many of our Threshold and White Glove deliveries are being changed to protect the safety of the delivery agents and clients. Please note, all clients will be emailed directly in advance of their scheduled deliveries with regards to details that pertain to specific carriers. We kindly ask that if you are not feeling well or do not wish to risk delivery at this time that you inform us of such.

Please know, while we are trying to provide seamless phone coverage during our normal hours of business, phone support may be less than normal. We are working to respond to all messages, email, chat and social inquires as quickly as possible.  

In the fold of recent events, how we think about our homes, our freedoms, our solace and spaces of inspiration has changed meaning and taken on an ever evolving shape. Burke Decor was founded on the notion of curating beautiful designs for your home and making them available to clients around the world through e-Commerce. We are happy to be able to continue to do that today.
